Introduction

At Calvin Tran Fit, we deliver premium, data-driven coaching engineered to help you execute your fitness and performance goals. Because our services require dedicated coaching hours, customized programming, and facility infrastructure allocation, we adhere to a structured refund and cancellation policy. By purchasing any service or package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Personal Training & Coaching Sessions

• All Sales Are Final: Payments for 1-on-1 personal training packages, monthly coaching retainers, and single sessions are non-refundable.

• Session Expiration: All prepaid training sessions must be utilized within the timeframe specified at purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely and are non-refundable upon expiration.

• Non-Transferable: Paid sessions and packages are customized to your specific bio-data and corrective exercise needs. Therefore, packages cannot be transferred to another individual.

2. The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your training sessions are precisely scheduled to ensure optimal facility access and coaching focus.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify your coach at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, or failure to show up for a scheduled session (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of that session. The session will be billed at the full rate, and no refund or makeup session will be issued.

3. Customized Digital Programming & Nutrition Protocols

Because customized workout programming, biomechanical analysis reports, and nutrition frameworks are digital assets delivered immediately upon design, all sales for standalone digital plans are 100% non-refundable.

4. Injuries and Medical Classifications

• If you experience a documented medical emergency or long-term medical restriction that prevents you from training, please contact us immediately.

• While standard refunds are not issued, Calvin Tran Fit will work with you to freeze your account status or pause your package expiration window until you are medically cleared by a physician to safely return to the gym floor.

5. Policy Updates

Calvin Tran Fit reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated directly on this page and will apply to all subsequent purchases.
