The Origin
I engineered The Tran Fit Protocol because the standard fitness industry fundamentally misunderstands the true purpose of strength training.
It is not simply about aesthetic modification; it is about constructing the discipline required for high-performance living. For me, weight training was the exact mechanism that built absolute execution consistency. It forced me to develop the mental resilience to complete critical tasks even when motivation was entirely absent.
